Is gay Samui ever exist?

Reading posts in Internet and articles in gay magazines about gay Samui I wonder if this thing is just an utopia or quite real. My 6 years on the island have proved that gay Samui is not the myth and much more real then some people want it to be.

Yes there are no gay Samui for those who want to have as much gay partners as possible during their short holidays. But talking with this kind of people I found they always not happy about things: gay Madrid is not gay, gay London also getting down last year and such and such. They often find even Pattaya pretty boring and colorless.

For rave lovers and other party animals gay Samui is hell of hells. High quality acid driven parties happens. But somewhere 600 km out from Samui in Bangkok city. I am sure that Full moon party in Koh Phangan will never attract much gay guys because of extremely dirty toilets and vodka-coke as the best choice for drinks.

But there are definitely quite a lot of gay people who will find gay Samui adorable and indulgent enough to come back here again and again.

First to say that Thailand in general is very gay. From my observations, this nation have the highest level of gay acceptance. In this country nobody can be, remaining a guy from Little Britain, “the only gay in the village”. There are almost all people are gay and if someone is not then... he can become under some circumstances.

Gay Samui also is highly recommended for “just married” or closed couples who are not looking for some dirty fun with someone else. White beaches and village atmosphere are the highlights of 90% of holidays to Thailand and are the best for inhabitants of polluted overcrowded cities.

I can continue this little list for quite long but if you send your opinion on this subject, that will be more interesting.
